QuickChek is a 24-hour convenience store that is a favorite for many customers. The store is spotless and well-maintained, offering fresh food, sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, and minor groceries like milk and drinks. The food is made promptly and well-prepared. Its location is convenient, with an Amazon Locker outside and a CVS drugstore across the parking lot.
Many reviews highlight the outstanding, awesome, and professional employees. Multiple staff members are described as excellent, helpful, hospitable, and as having a positive attitude. Specific employees are praised for going above and beyond, for being fast and good at their jobs, and for treating customers with respect and dignity. One employee is noted for not laughing at a customer and for being worth double their pay. Another is called a rare gem for making an excellent smoothie and for making all the difference. A tall woman with long black hair is highlighted for being everywhere, smiling, and providing great service. However, one manager is criticized for not helping during an incident and for harassing students. A minor note is that the coffee could be hotter. Overall, the exceptional staff makes the store a great place that customers enjoy visiting and plan to return to.
Filthy! Coffee station is gross. Came into location around 10am floor was wet with coffee. No one cleaned the area only placed 'wet floor' sign around the mess. Came back at 7pm the mess was still there. Wet floor sign still there. Floor sticky from where the coffee dried. Really!?! Disgusting. Clean your filthy store!!!
