  The store was not open when I arrived during regular business hours, and by the faded message in the window, it is likely it rarely is. The message informs you to do the buggy self check-in, which I wasted 15 minutes trying to make work. Not much fun in 25 degree weather.   Air condition of vehicle not working. location of office is different from the lot and you will be informed about it when you reach the place and find the door locked with a piece of paper hanging with the details. no space for parking your personal vehicle

  Do not use this location. They are permanently closed and hand written sign gives a number that is out of service. GPS thinks you are in wrong location when you go to pick up truck a few blocks away and will not give you key code. Terrible!U- Haul do something about this! There are so many bad reviews…
