I went to this location today to return equipment that I did not order and should not have received. Was able to do it I suppose in somewhat timely fashion but the staff could’ve been a bit more accommodating and not have me wait and walk to one desk first. they could’ve offered to carry box for me. And one was laughing a little when I had to walk to the next desk. I kept myself calm, since the reason I had to go there in the first place is through the fault of the customer service or corporate office. I’m not sure. I cancelled service and spoke to them a number of times that I was moving and they shipped equipment anyway. 25 years with Verizon, FiOS and I still have wireless service, but they are on thin ice . I am considering canceling the wireless and they may not get me back in the future for fios I haven’t had to contact them for any assistance or service for years but I guess that’s what we expect from customer service today.

I was directed by customer service to drop my equipment off at their location and pick up a new Wi-Fi extender. When I got there they told me that they were unable to accept the equipment and did not have equipment to replace my equipment. She said her systems were down and they've been down for more than a month. Terrible customer service all the way around when it comes to Verizon.

Bemi was very helpful. The problem was that she was alone and there were too many people waiting for help. Bemi was very good with the overload of people and no help.

My mother who is a senior citizen and retired school teach was sent to this store by Verizon to pick up a phone that they never sent. Then when my mom asked about how/when she could get the phone that she ordered they called the cops on her!!!!
The employ that called the cops seems to do this often!!!!

Recently visited this Verizon store to pick up new Verizon Fios equipment. Was truly impressed with service from Bemi , although the store was packed with other customers walking in and out, she was able to get me set up with new equipment and help me with getting perks on my account (Hulu,Netflix,etc) Even with me having my 2 year old soon she was still very patient with me and the other customers . Overall I believe the store needs to also needs to hire more workers to even out the workflow of the store.

I recently visited this store and had a great experience. Bemi, who helped me, was welcoming and attentive. Despite the store being busy, she handled everything professionally and ensured every customer was taken care of. I was surprised to see her working alone, which seemed overwhelming for one person. Even so, she went above and beyond with a positive attitude.

They are very unprofessional, I was scheduled to interview with them however, they never showed up to interview me and never contacted me to reschedule, even after I emailed several times. Super unprofessional, and a waste of time.

We were so pleased with the service we received from Bemi who helped us in the store on Sunday evening, 11/25. She was working by herself and DID NOT rush us through the process of getting my 91 year old mom set up with a new flip phone (mom's choice). She never questioned mom's choice of phone, recommended the perfect service, and even set up the phone with the large font and loudest sound to meet her needs. Bemi is a great multitasker, as when someone walked in, she acknowledged them and asked what they were there for while still helping us. She knew exactly what to do and put my mom at ease about using her new phone. She is a top-notch, hard working, valuable employee who deserves a raise and a bonus for being the sole worker for the busy store! THANK YOU BEMI!

Preorder iPhone!! They never called me to let me know it was there. I had to call Verizon customer service (because store wouldn’t answer). They said my phone was at the store, however, when I get to the store they sold the phone to someone else. Now, I have to wait another month. Hope this helps someone before going to this particular store.

I want to give a big thanks to Bemi, who is a sales representative at this Verizon location. I had opened a new line and am financing the I phone 16 pro Max. She was very informative, helpful, patient and over all a great employee.

My wife needed a new phone & we went to Verizon/Victra store in Bloomfield. We were kindly greeted by an employee of the store, Kailey, who was so helpful. Explained all the options to my wife & I, answered all our questions and helped my wife be comfortable with her choice. The phone had to ordered & we picked it up today! She helped my wife set up her phone & helped us change our plan. Kailey is a true professional & Verizon/Victra is lucky to have such a great employee. We highly recommend Kailey & the Bloomfield store!!!
