This Verizon Wireless Victra store is great! (Much more efficient than one of the Verizon Wireless corporate stores in NJ I used in the past.) Very special kudos to Elijah Rivers, the wonderful rep who helped me upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro to the 15 Pro Max - along with a new iWatch. He's a super knowledgeable tech-head, very patient, well-mannered, and very attentive to customer needs. Great sense of teamwork with his associates with a cheerful welcome!! Bravo!

Certainly the best Verizon Wireless store (Victra) in New Jersey. I've been to a corporate Verizon Wireless store in NJ - and there's no comparison. Seek out Elijah Rivers, the wonderful rep there. Super knowledgeable, attentive and patient, he's outstanding. Good teamwork ethos throughout the store and a welcoming atmosphere. Elijah helped me upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro to the new 15 Pro Max -- couldn't be more pleased! He's a gem.

Salesperson, Linda, who is also the manager, was misleading and shady. Signed me up for the Verizon phone insurance after I explicitly said not to do so twice. I was given a $15 discount on my accessories instead of the 25% off I was supposed to get. Pushy sales tactics. And I was not actually sent the real receipt via email, and had to find all this out after the fact. A very unpleasant purchasing experience. I would recommend most to just shop online so there is at least transparency.

Verizon you have a lot of work to do with your dishonest employees lying to get people to buy the most expensive phones.I walked into your store to see some phones,I was tolf that the promotion I was asking about was no longer valid when I spoke to 2 different rep over the phone the same day who told me about the promo and the free phones available.That did it for me!
