Despite the unusual wait time, the staff was very courteous. Nancy and especially Dr. Patel, were extremely kind and courteous and made the long wait bearable. Loved being guided with compassion and not like a sales person. Nancy was incredibly patient and very helpful. Would highly recommend asking for both.
