The staff was kind and professional despite how busy it was. I had some questions about recent vision changes and wanted to understand better. The Dr. took his time answering all my questions and made me feel confident with my new prescription and choice in new contact lenses. Thank you!

I had a great experience coming in today for a routine exam. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind customer service. Everyone I who attended me was really sweet and personable. One of the employees even stayed chatting with my elderly neighbor and kept her company as I went in for my exam. Really nice vibes from the moment you walk in. Lots of glasses to choose from and they were even kind enough to see me earlier than my appointment time.

I had an amazing experience at Visionworks in Bloomfield, NJ. Nancy was amazing; she answered all my questions with patience and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Her friendly and professional manner made the whole process so much easier for me. Highly recommend this location for great customer service and definitely recommend asking for Nancy she was a delight!

This establishment is horrible. I have been here two hours already and still have not seen the eye doctor. No one communicates what is going on. No apologies. God knows what time I will get out of here. Waste of my time. Basically could have gone anywhere else and been out quicker. Never in my 63 years!!!!!
