“I have been to this location N no of times (near to my home). The staff are helpful and polite. One branch manager is there to route you to the designated point of contact.
For clerical things like cash withdrawals, cheques, and demand drafts, there are 3-4 counters, and for banking things (opening an A/c, CD account, or any financial-related things), they have a dedicated expert.
I always make an appointment before visiting the relationship manager for any work.
Johanna used to work there and she helped a lot with my day-to-day banking things. Today I got the chance to meet Neha Pradhan and she was really helpful.
Parking: Ample parking spots so no issues there

Now I know where my bank is at when I am in the area. This pNC is open til 6pm and that is exactly why I was here. Late hours. I hope the branch manager knows what a great teller crew this Tuesday shift has :)”

“The Franklin Lakes PNC consistently delivers the best banking experience. The team is extremely friendly. And helpful! My first interaction imediately gave me a great feeling about this branch. I went to simply see if I can drop off and order coins and I met Sam. What an absolutely positive friendly and efficient bank representative. He said enthuastically yes! I was extremely impressed. Then I met Rocio G. She introduced herself. I was telling her how great Sam is and I immediately realized how awesome she is as well! I was just planning to use this branch as a quick coin exchange. By the end of those conversations. I said I want to do more with PNC. I decided to set up another account with Rocio . Rocio was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Rocio then Introduced me to Ana A. I have been thinking about starting a business checking account for months but never got around to it. So a couple days later. I did it. I send in all paperwork and returned. Sam and Rocio saw me both said hello. They are absolute treasure! Ana welcomed me and we set up the account. Ana is so helpful and personable! I then met Sal. What a great leader and a pleasure to speak with. The interaction between team members was amazing. I myself have managed large teams. I recognize greatness. This branch has it! Everyone deserves recognition. Including the team members I did not meet. Interactions like these create life long customers! Team, I sincerly and truly appreciate you!”

My company does our business banking here and my family also does our personal banking here. Then, just recently, my wife and I took out a Home Equity Loan here. Over the years, in every single instance, this Valley branch, and especially the personal help from Karen Austin branch manager, has been exceptional! I mean that is every bit of the word: exceptional! Karen and her team in Pompton Lakes consistently goes above and beyond any of my expectations for what banking should be. Karen always takes the time to explain options and help us make the best educated decision for us. This review is long overdo because I have been so happy with banking at Valley for many years, but now I need to let others know that choosing the Valley branch in Pompton Lakes would be a great decision!!!”

Nancy at this location not only helped me figure out how to fix my acc she helped me in person situate everything and while my acc was down she was able to provide with funds from my acc until the issue was resolved the issue was then resolved so not only did I have emergency cash she waited for me at the location past business hours just so I could have cash. The issue was resolved she was very kind and straightforward also I was a little frustrated and she still handled my frustrations very well. I am only speaking for Nancy she is a 5 star employee ! If you have any issues ask for her and stop by in person I'm sure she will help you she is very educated !”
