“There doesn't seem to be a lot of room for errors with banks...you either love them or you hate them. Niw, to be honest, all I needed to do was use the ATM here, but I had to go inside. The people here we're all so incredibly friendly it doesn't surprise me that this branch gets such high reviews. “Decent Citibank, pretty big and a from ATMs. Clean and nice building. Sometimes there's a security guard there and if there is the door usually isn't locked but if there's no guard the door is probably locked and you need to swipe your credit card to get in like other locations. A pretty convenient location, as it is a couple blocks away by walking distances to the 7 train and orange subway line. By Bryant Park so it's nice too. Just at the corner and not hard to find at all with the building being glass windows and blue Citibank advertising billboard around it”

“A cafe located inside a bank, that is just plain awesome.Went here for a marketing event by ING. This was definitely one of the most unique spot to have a promotional event. I had a great time at this event. The venue was very spacious and was spread across two floors. The staff on ING made sure that everybody had a great time. We were given some raffle tickets as we walked in. There was plenty of food and drinks. The bartenders were super nice and courteous. There was wine, beer and other drinks on the tap. The awesome ING staff helped taking all those great pictures. Upstairs had ample space and there were couches for people to sit down. I was lucky enough to win coffee voucher and a bag from the raffle. They also had a photobooth downstairs were did take some crazy pictures. The restrooms are definitely worth checking out at this location, the bright orange walls with glass all around gives it such a funky look.”

“**Update** As can be seen below Coinstar contacted me about my problem. They were very gracious and professional, and rectified the situation. I appreciate their customer service folks and I have modified my rating. Personally, I do believe they have more to improve, their response was nothing more than amazing. “We went to this branch today, to complete some paperwork for a recently-opened account. We were able to meet with a banker immediately, and he was incredibly friendly & helpful. Afterwards I complimented the manager and he was also very friendly.”

“I've been with this bank since they were Fleet Bank, over 20 years now and I have no major complaints. The tellers are necessary for certain transactions so it makes perfect sense to me (as opposed to the previous reviewer) and I am thankful that they are always friendly and very efficient. If I need to make a same day appointment I can do that online and then come in at the scheduled time or just do it as a walk in and I am taken care of quickly. The 2nd drive thru window is great as well, cuts down on the wait. What I don't like is the need to put in the card and pin over and over again when doing more than one transaction at the ATM, that is frustrating and wastes time. But I think other banks may have similar systems. Overall this is a great bank.”

They had their lollipop holders Clock full of bright pink lollies a couple days early for breast cancer awareness month, and the teller was quick, communicative and friendly :)”
