“I've come here quite a few times in the past year. The tellers always look so unhappy and never smile. I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. Be nice to your customers, smile, ask them how they are, then ask them if there is anything else you can help them with, then thank them and tell them to have a great day! Exchanging a smile might make your day a little brighter too!”

“My previous review on google was a negative star review at heart but unfortunately it only allows 1 as the lowest star rating. I'm here now to give them a 4 star because they must have started reading the reviews. The service is incredible now and everyone always has a smile on their face . I now feel like a legit customer. A few more visits of this new staff and this will become a 5 star. Oh yeah and I'm upset Debbie is no longer there . She was the greatest manager of all time”
