“These guys are the real deal, I had a painless experience. I needed my old XBox 360 Slim repaired so I paid for the full protection plan, no damages in shipping, communication was automated but very consistent and informative, the checkout process was a breeze, everything about it was A1.
The Yelp reviews and some Google reviews frightened me a bit because I placed the order without checking background. But I had a totally opposite experience than what the negative reviewers mentioned. I’d refer anyone to these guys and I’ll be back whenever I need them again. The entire process took maybe 5 business days, from ship-to-fix-to-shipped-back-to-delivery home. The total cost (including the full protection shipping) ended up being somewhere around $180, which is a bit more than I expected to pay but I did have some extensive work and cleaning that needed to be done.

“Phone for my camera has been broken since 2020 and I never bothered to do anything about it. Came in the other day to get the camera fixed, they said I'd get a call when the new camera arrived. I missed the call, didn't realize til a couple days after, and when I came back they remembered who I was and had the camera fixed in 15 minutes. Will likely come back for any future phone maintenance.”

“I broke my iPhone 12 Pro Max a few years ago and somehow kept using it in rough shape—cracked front and back, chips, even some exposure to dust and water. Honestly, it held up way longer than I expected(Btw its 2026 and im still using a 12pro max because how much i love it and fyi i had the 14.It was just terrible. So i went back to my 12 ). But recently, it finally gave out—the WiFi and cellular completely stopped working, and nothing I tried could fix it.
I even went to Apple and two other repair shops, and they all either told me to replace the phone or quoted me insanely high prices just to attempt a repair. Might as well buy a 17……i did for the mean time to make calls for work and etc
Then I found Device Surgeon—and everything changed.
He is seriously amazing. The level of skill and care he put into repairing my phone was incredible. When he quoted me a price for fixing the front, back, and internal issues, I honestly couldn’t believe it—it was more than fair, especially compared to what others were charging.
And the best part? He brought my phone completely back to life. Seeing it power up, receive notifications, and work like normal again was such a great feeling.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If you have a damaged device and think it’s beyond saving, this is absolutely the place to go.”
