Customer service was excellent and we got some really great deals, some of which were suggested and provided by Verizon for being regular customers. Just keep in mind that getting a new phone usually requires an appointment and is a 2+ hour process.

Great experience at the Victra Verizon store at 540 Myrtle Ave, Boonton NJ. Dan is extremely nice and very attentive, spent a lot of time making sure he got me out the door fully satisfied with what I came in for - all set up with my new device. Excellent customer service.
