Goodwill Store & Donation Center is a nonprofit organization that sells gently-used donated items to support its charitable programs. The stores offer affordable clothing, accessories, home décor, books, toys, furniture, and home medical equipment, contributing to sustainability and community support. Customers find the selection to be nice with lots of good deals, and the donation process is easy, with helpful and friendly staff providing receipts. However, some shoppers note that the store can be a little cluttered and disorganized, often reflecting the chaotic behavior of some customers. Many customers have expressed disappointment over the store's policy of not having dressing rooms available for over a year, which prevents trying on clothes before purchase, leading some to stop shopping there. The store can sometimes feel dirty or haphazard, with reports of customers ripping clothing from hangers and throwing items around, especially during busy days like dollar day sales. The behavior of some shoppers, including children running around and damaging displays, has been criticized, with some blaming customers for the disorder. Despite these issues, staff members generally try to maintain the store’s order and provide assistance. Overall, it remains a place for affordable shopping and donations that funds job training programs and career services for individuals with disabilities and disadvantages.
Lots of good stuff. Pretty well organized. The dressing rooms are not available and have been closed for over a year. Cashier was friendly. However, some floor staff awkwardly scoot around/past you when you're shopping. Also, dollar store frames being sold for $2.99.

Nice selection of items. However, NJ Goodwill's have lost my business due to the new no change room policy. I will not buy clothes that I can't try on first, no matter how inexpensive. This is in all NJ stores I've been to in Mercer and Burlington counties.

I like this Goodwill for selection and organization. The employees are nice.
