“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”

“Well I’ll tell you what, this UPS in Bordentown done handled my business better than I expected. I come in there with not one, but several packages of horse manure, all needing to go clear over to Ethiopia.
Young fella at the counter didn’t even blink much, just said “alright then” and got to work. Helped me wrap it up real tight and proper. Said we don’t want no “incidents” in transit, which I agreed with strongly. Took his time but also somehow went fast, which I don’t fully understand but I respect it.
Whole place smelled normal the entire time, which frankly is a miracle in itself. Everything shipped off smooth as can be.
