“My car battery was dying and I was afraid I wouldn’t make it home. I drove to RCM, no appointment, and Bobby took care of everything. I wasn’t expecting him to change out the battery or even work on my car, especially since it was already about 4:30 and I showed up unannounced. I figured I could leave it and he could work on it tomorrow. But, he asked what happened, ran a diagnostics check and confirmed the issue. He then proceeded to replace the battery right then and there. Amazing customer service and the knowledge that your car will be taken care of the right way. Whether you are a first time customer or have been a customer for many years, Bobby and the guys at RCM will take the time to explain the issue, correctly fix it, and then charge you a fair price. They are knowledgeable, accommodating, honest and certainly an asset to the community. If you need a great mechanic, look no further than RCM Automotive.
