“My tire blew on 287 in Bridgewater. After a long call with AAA, which ended in them not being able to help me, I looked for a local tow that could pick me up. I called Mike’s and quickly had my service request submitted. I called the local Pep Boys to check if my tire was in stock, and by the time I hung up the driver was already there. Alexander/Lex was incredibly kind and made sure I was safety in the tow truck before quickly hooking my car up. He made sure to keep me in good spirits and drove safely to make sure I got to the mechanic. For an unfortunate situation, I feel blessed to have decided to call Mike’s. I highly recommend.”

When I get my car serviced, I wait in the reception area and enjoy a coffee and a granola bar. It is a very busy department but it always is organized and efficient. Accessible repair garage for automobile maintenance and repairs. It helps that the staff are prompt to answer your telephone call or return your call when you leave a telephone message. I have older cars that need repairs and maintenance frequently and Santelli Brothers Automotive often gets things right. In one example, I forgot that the mechanic already replaced my vehicle's engine coolant. When I asked for them do it according to the maintenance schedule in the vehicle manual, they remembered that the did it recently and told me that I did not need it because they did it at my last visit.”

We have a family trucking business and use this Shell for all of our gasoline, diesel, & vehicle repair needs, & have never had a bad experience. The gas attendants have changed over the years, but they have always been very diligent workers who are incredibly kind and personable. The mechanic is great too. The prices are a just a bit high, but it's absolutely worth it for the stellar customer service ⛽✨”
“I went to four other places for a quick oil change and they all turned me away. Robert was amazing. He was literally waiting at the door to greet me, and they took my car right back within a minute of me walking in.
Robert didn’t try to pressure me into any unnecessary services and took the time to review a few issues he had resolved while I waited. I was in and out within 45 minutes and couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service I received.
