The bank is not just quick and knowledgeable but also very helpful and friendly. They have WiFi, which some banks don’t provide anymore. I can’t wait to switch my account from Citizens bank to this one on Et 23 E , North Plainfield. Capital One has many locations.

Reached the bank at 4:52 pm on a Wednesday, to deposit some cash for emergency purposes , they were unable to deposit since the cash didn’t go through their machine and the manager was not there. Didn’t know managers will leave early.

I am updating my review based on my most recent interactions with the staff. They have all been welcoming, courteous, and professional each time. If I was able to increase my five star rating I would not hesitate.
