They need a lot of work in terms of customer service specialty for what they call “private client” customers…. not at the same level as other Chase branches.

Made an appointment to open a checking and savings account on a Saturday. Was hesitant due to reviews, but service was terrific, very helpful and spent a lot of time with my wife and I. Never have a problem there. Had a great experience when signing up for a new credit card. Anthony was the best!
