“First time to this store. Clean, organized, and wonderful inventory selection. What made this store a 5 star review was the exceptional customer service at this store. Darion and Michelle were polite, professional and extremely helpful. There was an issue during checkout with new J. Crew credit card. The 1800 number was not helpful at all. However, Darion took it upon himself to find a solution to the problem. He was extremely patient and kind and was able to check us out. I shop quite often and rarely write reviews good or bad. I was so impressed by this rare but much needed exemplary customer service, that I had to write a review!”

“Great selection of clothes I enjoyed shopping around the mens section. Line was pretty long which people say is common at this location but it doesn't bother me. The Nordstrom has a much better selection then the sacks off fifth in my opinion.”
