Nordstrom Rack offers great deals and a phenomenal shoe selection. It is a great place to buy gifts, with a small selection of kitchen and household items. There is a great selection of clothes, particularly in the mens section. Customers report always having the best customer service. However, the layout is very messy and items are scattered with no real organization. Nothing is in size order and the inventory looks a bit chaotic, so finding good deals requires looking hard. Lines can be pretty long, which is common at this location.

Underwhelming. Prices were high and selection was kind of plain. Clothes were randomly ordered sometimes by size, category or brands making it time consuming to find what you want. Post COVID, Nordstrom Rack stores (in general) are not what they used to be - good variety products at good prices.
