I waited in line for over 30mins!!! If this location is generating this much revenue they can afford to hire more cashiers. Pissing off your customers is definitely not an effective way to retain retail business!
I will not be back to this location.

The last few times I have shopped at Nordstrom, it has been extremely disappointing. They have tons of racks all over the floor, making it very crowded. Furthermore, it is beyond disorganized. I really enjoyed shopping here when it first opened but it seems to have significantly changed recently.
All of the employees I dealt with were wonderful, but the physical mess was a turn off. I hope to see a change in the future.
