“I went and rented my unit today from Linda and she was FANTASTIC! She showed me around to multiple different units until I found the one I needed. She was super friendly and I appreciated her thoroughness on explaining everything about the Unit and costs. Definitely recommend if you need a place to store your belongings. She remained professional, patient and kind at every attempt.

“Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went into this location not really sure what size unit I even needed and Angel was incredible! He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and honestly pretty lucky to have run into a team like that. If I get to see them every time I stop by my storage unit, that’s a win in my book.”
