Quick shoutout to Brittany, who helped me complete my son's passport application today! She was very friendly, informative, and made the process go very smoothly/ quickly. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew what to expect and how to move forward if I had any follow-up questions. Great customer service!

Alexis was not only thorough but considerate and kind and most importantly patient. It's refreshing how nice and genuine she is and she sings too! Alexis was the most kind, helpful employee. Super informative and respectful , unlike the awful employee in the Neptune location that was on a power trip. Alexis made my quick passport experience so smooth and efficient. More people in the world like this that care about their job and the way they treat people please! :)
