Tucker was our technician, he was one of the best service men I have dealt with. We are in a 15000 sqft building and Tucker took his time walking through the entire building and finding a solution to my issue of having the unit connected to the app. As the new building manager he was patient, kind, and explained the system in detail for me since it was new and I am still getting familiar with the building.
