“We were visiting family for the holidays, up from VA. This morning, the check engine light came on. Called two different Ford dealerships. No service hours on Saturdays. We called Route 88 Service Center, spoke to the owner on the phone, he said, come on over. Within several hours our car was fixed and ready to make the drive back to Virginia. “Had a boat trailer tire valve stem crack . Had went to Al’s they were prompt courteous and understanding to my circumstance of my boat and trailer being disabled . Fixed my tire right away . And then when I went to pay they said don’t worry about it it was just a valve stem have a good day ! Now I had just been up the road at another place who treated me like dirt look for their review . They wouldn’t even bother and they were slow doing absolutely nothing ! It’s no wonder “AL’S “ lot is always filled up & busy ! Nice people ! Fair even a small thing like this wasn’t pushed aside like a nuisance it was met openly with results and understanding . This is what good LOCAL BUSINESS is about . These people have my business ! Also, their techs do a check while the vehicle is on the lift and report any potential issues. They also have a friendly and polite staff that is always happy to help customers.
