“Darryl and his crew are nothing but the best! I’ve gone to him for alignments 3 times over the years as he came recommended by other respected mechanics. He’s always great. On my most recent visit I had a small problem after I left. I returned the next business day after the weekend. Without a question Darryl first scheduled me to drop off my truck the next day but still wanted to take a look himself with about an hour left in the workday. The issue was located and resolved in less than an hour and my truck re-aligned. Bottom line I always have recommended him and always will. And the nicest workers; Shop was closed and I needed my car before the part came in, one of the workers who was driving out, went out of his way, opened the shop had to find my keys which took some time then he had to move another car for me to drive my car out; All with a smile and curtesy!! A few years back, had an oil leak, another shop fixed it wrong and it still leaked. Brought it to Ventus and he was able to diagnose the issue right away and fixed with ease. Now I only bring to Ventus even if a little further from my house. They fix it right the first time!!”

“I consider it to be one of my top experiences in a mechanic shop. The inside was not what you consider a shop has a full waiting room "CLEAN" and a bathroom that's better than most homes amazing. Owner Andre was very helpful and to the point he gave me options and what best fit my budget for today. He was able to get me in explain what was going on and do the job all within an hour. I actually explained that I had to be at work by 11 and he said if I can't get it done that he would drop me off and pick me up himself. It's a joy to say they finished before and I'm on my way to work with time to spare. I live in whiting about 30 min away and a neighbor explained that's a little out of the way but worth it to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic that took me in explained what he was doing and actually gave me the replaced parts to hold and see. I will certainly come back and see Andre.... nice, helpful to the point and very well put together team he has there. this a 10 Star experience.”

To purchase a car in this current Market especially does not necessitate for any dealership to go above and beyond. Yet this is what Alex and his crew did in my experience of purchasing my daughter’s first car through them. A 2007 Ford Escape was bound to need some TLC, however, after purchasing- the car crapped out for various issues that could arguably have been missed in a general inspection. Regardless of that, I communicated all of the post-sale-discovered problems to Alex and he not only towed the truck back to his dealership, but he corrected each and every issue!!
