“This place was recommended to me by someone. I had a noise when I reached 36 MPH , thinking it was my torque converter. I dropped it off and got a call telling me it was my transfer case. The owner told me to take it out of Auto and put it in 2WD and the noise was gone. I could of easily been charged a big diagnostic fee, but to my surprise, wasn't charged. I believe his name is Brian and I apologize if I'm wrong, but what a great guy because I didn't tell him before hand that I am currently disabled and on a limited income, so any break is so appreciated. It's hard to find honest mechanics nowadays and Tranz Connection is worthy of this. I will be using this place as my go to shop.
