I have come to this bank a few times thru the years. This is the 3rd time the same teller takes care of me. She always has an attitude, i always greet and never get one bank. I can feel her bab vibe like she is a bad mood by the way she taks. I don’t know her name. She is white, i would say in her late 20s, talk, a little chubby, small tattoo on her arm.. Please ask her to fix her attitude to customers. Also i would recommend having them wear name tags so it’ll be easier to spot who this is. I don’t want the wrong person to get in trouble.

The ATM's at this location do not give an option as to the bill denomination for withdrawal. Each withdrawal for large bills requires the customer to wait in line for an employee to assist with this simple task.

I waited online for 15 minutes while 2 woman worked the same window. And if they weren't working, why didn't they open another window? The line was out the door. Thank you for your quick response. But I was out of town. And I did use the drive through ATM. I made a $2000 withdrawal. Most of the ATM's at BOA are updated, and you can choose the denominations. I received $2000 in $20 bills. Hence my having to go inside. My banking would have been done in minutes, instead of almost an hour. I had to split the money up. Make the deposits back into the ATM. Then get back on line to withdraw larger bills. And one window open at just past 2 pm in unacceptable. After all, you do take pride in serving your customers needs. And even gave your reply 5 stars. Lol!

Went to this bank to deposit my client's check that I printed out with ona Cloud check processing company my client utilize. I've done this before with my regular branch and had no issues. When I approached the teller at this branch and handed the check to her, she told me they do not deposit these kind of checks meaning printed out checks. Without asking for my information to find that I am a Bank of America customer with a business account, I was told that the machine would not scan it and would reject it. I told her to look at my account to see that it was done before. Why was a customer telling her how to do her job?She still insist, and did not pull up my account. She told me that it is Bank of America's policy not to accept printed out checks that could be fraudulent. OK, now I am a fraudulent person that just came off the street to steel my own money.Once again, I told her to look at my account, I gave her my ID and my company's name. She finally did and she looked at my account. Once taking a glance at my account (there it is, there's the look) that's when she asked what does my company do to deflect on what just happened. I wanted to say Balloons. We blow up balloons for our customers.Why the hick does it matters what my business do? Just do your job! She finally placed the check in the scanner and it went through. Really!Bank of America, you have some training to do.1. Do not insult your customers2. Look before you leap. Meaning look it up first before you say something not true.3. Who cares about casual conversation if you just insulted someone!4. Tell your tellers to do their job.5. A customer should not tell someone that does service for a living how to service someone!Hopefully this can be a learning lesson your company can learn from.I will be calling the manager tomorrow to talk with them to express my lack of customer experience.Thank you.

AWARD WINNING BAD SERVICE!!Its tough to put into words how terrible this and other Bank of America Branches are,,, Too suggest they do a poor job wouldn't even come close to describing things there,Even the people that work there agreed with me when i mentioned how terrible this Company treats their "Platinum" customers,,,Cannot imagine how badly the average person might be treated!5 STARS , its not easy being this awful!!!!

While trying to deposit checks here, the ATM ate them, spit back out my card, gave an error message, and never deposited my money. It took months of being passed around over the phone and being put on hold for hours at a time for me to just go back to my old employer and ask to reissue the checks. no thanks to bofa
