I have been a Bank of America. Customer for many years. When they're closed or busy. I use the ATM outside drive through. It's very convenient and simple to use. And it's always open 24-7

I'm disappointed that the staff at the bank didn't know how to assist someone who needs to notarize a document. I don't require a certified translator; I just need to complete the notarization as per the company's instructions. It's frustrating especially since the bank was empty at the time.

Hate this location with a passion. Not friendly at all. Bank manager (lady with short hair) doesn’t greet you, even though she’s on the teller-line and no one in front of her. No customer service skills. I personally bank with TD Bank but have to come here to get change for our register. Never have small bills and coins.
