“Every time I walk into this UPS Store I’m always impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone is. All the employees are very nice and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Rick! Rick always has a smile on his face and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’ll hold the door when you’re walking in with big heavy packages, happily scan everything for you, and if the printer isn’t working or there’s a jam, he’s always there ready to help. If you come in with kids, he’ll even offer them a Dum-Dum lollipop, which of course they love. It’s just nice walking into a store and being greeted by someone who is always smiling and actually seems happy to help you. The whole staff is great, but Rick definitely deserves the shoutout. Hopefully someone from UPS reads this and gets the man a raise or promotion! 😂 He deserves it!”

“A helpful Fedex. At almost closing time, we took a little longer than expected to complete our task. The gal tried to be helpful, but she just couldn't understand what it was that we were trying to accomplish.Because she was kind, Fedex gets 4 stars. If she were smarter and more helpful, there would have been a 5th star.”

“This is a convenient and nice location to get your post office tasks completed. The folks I dealt with were polite & helpful. They have the supplies you need and even have nice seasonal packaging as well. I will definitely not avoid this post office when it comes time again to mail something that takes more than a simple stamp.”

“I wasn't sure what to expect going in person to get a new printer, but Peter made it an easy experience. He was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions, which made me comfortable. I would recommend if anyone is looking for a printer that he's your guy and he'll make the process painless.”
