“I thought I had previously reviewed this fantastic UPS store but I must not have. I want it recognized how GREAT the customer service is in this location! The gentleman that works here makes me want to be more customer friendly at my own job - that’s how great he is! If you worked here, you could never be mad his energy is so infectious! I mean he must see a lot of tired burned out crabby faces that just want to drop something to return or ship and cross it off their list- but these gentlemen do not match your energy that uplift it! It’s really refreshing and a real pleasure to do business with these guys! If customer service is number 1, this guy needs a huge raise! I want him to come work with me!!”

They also have faxing and copying services, which I have used instead of destroying my printer. The shop is very cozy and welcoming and they also sell nice cards that I do not see in stores. “Angela the new post master went above and beyond when a package was received from a Boston post office. She called me right away to let me know it was my son's lost wallet. Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”
