“Alan Carter is an accomplished bowling ball technician/driller and the balls we purchased from him that he drilled for my spouse and I are spot on. Additionally the prices for any other bowling equipment seem to be fair and reasonable too. We highly recommend Carter’s Pro Shop for any of your bowling needs. This review is based solely on the pleasant encounter my spouse and I experienced with Alan Carter and his associate Rich in the Pro Shop.”
“i was just there to consign clothes with my friend, which we always do here. we’ve never had a problem here, and our usual girl bella is always so sweet, and great. today there we’re these two blonde girls, they looked like sisters. they where unbelievably rude to not only me and my friend, but the people checking out as well. they didn’t look like they wanted to be there at all. and where giving us dirty looks as we where shopping around, which they told us to do as “they checked our bags”, which they clearly didn’t because mine wasn’t even opened. they only took sunglasses from my friends bag, which was full of designer brands. it makes me really upset because i love this store and always shop here.”

“Forgot the sales reps name , I believe it began with a J ,but she was Absolutely amazing. She was very Attentive and helped my son pick out jeans he would like so he will stop living in sweats. And even stayed and helped us pick out shirts that went along with a promo. Zumiez should be very proud of having her as a sales rep. I am a retail manager and she is the definition of what a sales rep should be and how they should treat their customers !!!”
“I was so excited to visit this location after the one closing in the Jersey Shore outlets.
I made the drive down about 40 minutes with time constraint. Mall opened at 10 and the store was completely dark no staff in sight. I was really bummed to make the trip all the way down here just for them to not be open during listen hours”
“I was there a few days ago, its a great store. I love PacSun , one of my favorite shirts is from that same store got it more than a couple years ago and it still looks good :) .
A little sad that Ginka is not around to help anymore but I got to say hi to Trinity (coolest name ever!) who is always super sweet and has beautiful customer service; I was a little sick because of this cold crazy weather and a little sad and I have no idea how but she has such empathy vibes that she noticed instantly , as a business owner I can say that alone means a lot , its not 100% part of the job, but it is a rare quality that people appreciate and actually lift me up a little. Please congratulate Trinity for me; God knows we need stores that helps out with actual humans that care now days lol . She was really the best!!! (there was another nice employee there but I forgot her name) Also the music in the background NICE, makes me want to skate again lol GOOD JOB PACSUN FIVE STARS!”

“So I went to Freehold Mall and had 2 hats made and they were terrible so I went to Ocean County Mall and showed Maria and she said no way. She made me 2 new hats for free and did an amazing job. I posted 2 pics so you can see the one from Freehold and the one from Ocean County and you will see for yourself. If you want a custom hat made Maria is your girl and Ocean County is your store.”

“My son won a bicycle at a raffle and the brakes were not assembled correctly from the moment we brought it home. We called Shore Cycling Sports and they said “no problem bring it on over and we’ll take a look at it”. Within an hour the brakes were calibrated correctly and my son was riding his new bike!
