Target in Bricktown has experienced both positive and negative reviews. On a good day, the store is well organized, clean, and stocked with items like gluten-free pasta and popular products such as Good & Gather Donut Shop Blend coffee and s'mores Bark Crisps. Customers appreciate helpful and patient staff, especially when seeking assistance with technical devices, making for positive shopping experiences. The store also serves as a convenient, one-stop shop for clothing, gadgets, food, and toys, often creating a pleasant environment for families and shoppers alike. However, recent visits have highlighted issues with store maintenance and organization. On September 12, the store was in disarray, with empty shelves, items on the floor, and carts blocking aisles, making it difficult for shoppers to move around. A spill in the main aisle was left unattended, and staff appeared unengaged, which disappointed customers. Additionally, checkout lines and self-checkout stations were often crowded or inefficient, and some customers felt the store's appearance was neglected, with employees not cleaning or managing the space properly. Despite these challenges, some shoppers still find value in the store's product selection and helpful staff but hope for improvements in store upkeep and management to restore its usual appeal.
I understand how hard it has become to find people to work. BUT this place takes that to the extreme. You shouldn't feel like you're being punished for shopping somewhere. This feels that way now. The line to checkout is not worth the couple of pennies you might save shopping here.

This store is always a mess. The order pick up is extremely slow & they often forget items.
September 2024
Lines are super long, not enough cashiers. Management doesn’t care!!
