“Maria was very patient and helpful when I came in with my parents to buy a new mattress. We are deaf and use American Sign Language and that didn’t stop Maria from helping us to pick a right mattress. She was open to communicating with us by using one of my apps called Cardzilla which was developed and created by a deaf designer. Awesome experience. Thank you Maria!”

“I was very pleased with my shopping experience at LaZyboy Brick. I worked with John and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my description of what I was looking for and showed me the chairs that met my requirements. He was helpful but was pushy. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my chair but he told me that is a firm time frame. So overall I was very satisfied with my experience.”

“I needed to replace seat cushions on an outdoor chair that spent a month at the bottom of our lagoon (took us that long to find it and fish it out!). The chair itself was fine after a good power wash, but the cushions didn't make it. I called the Brick store and was able to order a new set - on sale - and will be able to pick them up next week. “Thank God, I found this showroom. Otherwise, I would have wasted thousands of dollars just blindly
buying chairs there are many to choose from that you can try on for size first.This has been the best investment of my life.
And is something I need on a daily basis after work. If you're having back problems, you'll owe it to yourself, to stop in and look around this will be one of the best decisions you've ever make it certainly was for me even years after the purchase, the owner is always there with any help or answers., you may have or need and he does this for the passion and the love of helping others.

It is not, in my opinion, an outlet store. The prices are way too high.”

“Our family has been purchasing furniture here for over 30 years, and we keep coming back because of the exceptional customer service and the personal touch that you only get from a family-owned business.
Recently, we ordered a table that was being made by an outside craftsman and were hoping to have it before Father’s Day. When we were told it wouldn’t be ready until the Monday after, we were understandably disappointed. Then, on Father’s Day morning, I woke up to find the owner personally delivering the table to our driveway.
I was truly surprised and impressed. The table had arrived late Saturday night, and rather than waiting until Monday, he took time out of his own Father’s Day to make sure we had it in time. That level of care and dedication is rare these days.
This is exactly why we’ve remained loyal customers for three decades. Great furniture, great people, and customer service that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!”

“Staff are good people and very talented. Will continue to send business there. They have a lot of great staple items when it comes to well built furniture. I bought this sectional and tables about 7 months ago and love them more each day. My only criticism I have is the fabric I chose for the sofa. If you have pets or a large family, I don’t suggest a light color sofa, it won’t hold up. It’s been difficult to keep clean. I’ve seen this fabric on many different items in several different stores not just at Bassett. I actually bought an office chair with the identical fabric. I guess it’s a huge seller in the furniture industry but just avoid light colors if you don’t want a high maintenance sofa. Love the marble tables (Keswick Coffee table and side tables) and after adding extra clips to the bottom of the sectional to keep it together better, I still love it. (Weldon sectional) The brackets that hold the sofa together slide apart very easily so we purchased a removable clip system to keep it together. Every sectional I’ve had always comes apart so it’s not just this sofa. If you don’t want this issue, just get two sofa’s or a sectional without the extra corner piece.”

“Away for the Thanksgiving holiday and as usual, we set aside a few hours to shop those Black Friday specials.Loved all the excellent associates who walk through the store to ask if we needed help finding things, the assortment of sale and holiday merchandise that looked surprisingly organized and the immediate check out! We managed to find a few great deals plus some core items during our visit.The one manager, Alexis, (?) was hustling from register to register, stepping in to help the cashiers and answering radio calls, multi-tasking her duties. Great store.”

“Had such a nice customer service experience yesterday with Evan! I needed help with not only getting a large planter pot up to the register but needed help loading into my car. Then I returned it a few hours later after deciding it wasn't going to work in my space. So once again, Evan came out to greet me at the door with a cart, grabbed the 2 other pots and waited until I checked out to help me reload them in my car. He was nothing short of courteous, professional and so very pleasant to chat with. Exceptional Customer Service!!! Thank you Evan!”

“I went to the Brick, NJ Home Depot in search of a spring button. Unfortunately, I discovered that the the item was not sold in-store. When I explained to a store associate that a I needed to replace a spring button that had gotten stuck inside a metal rod (part of a baby swing), he said I could probably dislodge it with wire. He then grabbed another store associate, Lou, and asked him to try to dislodge it. Lou went to the wire aisle, where he and Dom worked to retrieve the lodged spring button. Within a couple of minutes they had successfully gotten the spring button out and placed it back in its place. I am extremely grateful for their help. Thank you Lou, Dom and the first store associate (whose name I failed to get).
