I came in this morning after experiencing a lot of fraudulent charges on my account and I was just about in tears. JAKE was the most kind and compassionate banker. He sat with me and took his time to help me dispute the charges. He was very reassuring. Thanks again, Jake!

Too much employee turnover. It's always a new teller who doesn't know the customers. There should be a restriction on commercial transactions. I often have to wait a long time behind a merchant who has many transactions. I don't recommend this branch.
