“The tellers are very friendly and they make you actually male you want to bank at the bank. It's very clean in the inside and when I need to speak to somebody besides a teller I only wait less than 5 minutes every time. Everything is always explained to me very clearly when opening a new account or a business account or money market account etc. I would recommend this bank for anybody in the general area because they are very accurate friendly and most of all convenient. “This is banking like it was meant to be. After working in Corp Banking for 25 years and a bit disturbed about the current retail market, this was a great client experience. Sadly my identity was compromised at 2 banks, all bank, credit cards, cash apps were all frozen and after doing a deeper dive the thief was someone I knew. Patrick at this branch not only helped me with a new application including debit cards, advice was given to further protect my kids and I from further breaches. This has been a game of chess staying one step in front of the culprits and glad to have a full service knowledgeable staff member like Patrick Auriero on my side.”
“I see most of the reviews out here are years old. I recently switched to Flagstar bank and the one inside the ShopRite in Brick is my closest one. I've gone there 5 times in the last 2 months. 3 times I used a teller and 2 times I deposited cash at the ATM at the branch. The tellers I used were GREAT - very friendly and fast. The ATM is accessible any time the food store is open - which is like 6A until 10P and you can deposit CASH! I love this bank!”

“I had fraud on my debit card. The 800 number is terrible as nobody answers it (tried for 2 days on hold for an hour each time) so I decided to go into this branch to get a new card. I learned they no longer print new cards and would need to have one mailed so that did not help my aggravation. I was greeted quickly by Retail Banker Iman Wehbe who put my mind at ease and helped me resolve my issue. She was so friendly and nice that she actually put the idea out of my head about moving all of my accounts to another bank. In this day and age of talking to AI, it was great to have a real person be empathetic to my situation. I also received my new card in the mail in 5 days. If you have any banking needs, I highly recommend requesting her, she WILL help you.”
