I came in this morning after experiencing a lot of fraudulent charges on my account and I was just about in tears. JAKE was the most kind and compassionate banker. He sat with me and took his time to help me dispute the charges. He was very reassuring. Thanks again, Jake!

This bank is garbage. The ATMs never work making it really inconvenient to make deposits. If they are working they are never fully functional meaning you can’t deposit cash and/or checks at same time. I have used this bank for over a decade but they just don’t get it right. I opened all my business accounts with Santander down the road, convenient spot with ATMs from this century so makes it really easy to make deposits on your time

Too much employee turnover. It's always a new teller who doesn't know the customers. There should be a restriction on commercial transactions. I often have to wait a long time behind a merchant who has many transactions. I don't recommend this branch.

I find that TD Bank is the best bank to deal with. They have great employees and never had a problem there

They seem to have devolved into one or two tellers to run the whole bank. It’s become routine to sit for 5 minutes before a teller shows up. Happens both inside and the drive through. Tellers aren’t really trying to work too efficiently either.

I think it's a great bank! And especially with covid now when you're short on help they're still very polite courteous and friendly. Very knowledgeable! I've been a customer since it was commerce Bank, I highly recommend this Bank. Thank you for everything!

The reason why I am leaving a bad review is because I am here every Friday banking with TD bank and today I was Treated with rudeness by the bank manager Brick nj location and I do not think I will be coming back to this location
