This is an awful U-Haul location. The guy at the counter gave me a speech about how clean he keeps his trucks and they must be returned that way. I got into the truck to find it filthy. This guy is just too lazy to clean the trucks in between user’s, so he gives them cleanliness speeches instead. Rented 3 times and have gotten the truck dirty 2/3.He also gave out a truck to me with a smashed screen. See picture.

This is now the second time that Brett has helped me in a quick, courteous fashion, with knowledge and pleasantness to help me quickly and efficiently get my rental van. He explained how to use the amazing after-hours feature this location boasts as well!

This is attached to a gas station and there are lots of trucks available. Seemed a little unorganized and I don't like the fact that everything by the agent is done on a tablet/phone, so no paperwork in hand. Otherwise, it's a place to rent a truck with reasonable prices.

Garbage people. Truly. To the dreadfully rude woman that works there, the one with the awful attitude that wouldn't answer simple questions: keep lying and trying to charge my card and I promise litigation. To the old man that blocked my car in and then told me in Arabic that my mother only gave birth to dogs; you're a fool. And when I showed you I understood what you said the rude lady ran over threatened to call the police on me. If you don't want me showing back up there, stop lying about when I dropped your dirty truck off. This is almost 3 weeks removed and, without a phone call or anything, they REPEATEDLY keep trying to charge me hundreds of dollars. Also, close back doors of your trucks so it doesn't take people like me an HOUR to clean out dirt and leaves from the back. Stay away from these vile vile people!

The guy by the counter was pretty shady, but I was in and out in under 5 mins and got a nice pickup truck with only 3,000 miles on it.
