Made a new account with TD bank. ATM in the inside wasn't working apparently my pin wasn't working even though I set it up. Decided to speak to a front desk clerk and the rest was a cake. Simple and fast. All of this on a Tuesday.

Helpful staff. Sonia was very helpful and reassuring when I was alerted of fraudulent activity on my account and getting me set up with new details. My only complaint is the wait time but a lot of that has to do with the area and the language barriers of a lot of the customers.

If you don't mind standing in a line out the door for an hour, listening to kids run in circles and screaming, and tellers who act like they hate their job, this is the bank for you!!
