“Well people who knows me knows I'm a DINOSAUR when it comes too these comp.and smart phones OCEAN FIRST had upgraded about a month ago there system so for the life of me I couldn't get back in my OCEANS FIRST BANKING APP ? it literally had me soo soo frustrated that I went too my bank on tues.morning just too see if someone could help me log in ?? WELL LOW AND BEHOLD a customer service employee of OCEAN FIRST MRS. DEB, came too my rescue not only did she get me back into my OCEAN FIRST BANKING APP USING MY FINGERPRINT AGAIN. BUT SHE WENT AND UPDATED MY WHOLE PHONE . She had the patience and know how when it came too helping this old DINOSAUR so I wanna give a shout out too MRS.DEB for everything she did for me on tues. even though it took about 30 mins. for her helping me. thank you honey and I hope that you and ur family has a very blessed day today and weekend coming up ur the BEST DEB. !!! Also I will be bringing some CENTURY BAKERY DONUTS AND PASTRIES 🍰 for everyone at THE BEST BANK EVER OCEAN FIRST BANK ..... THNX”
