Great hotel all around the staff was so accommodating the one employee Valery was so helpful and friendly the drinks at the bar were great and the outdoor section was so inviting. Definitely will be coming back

The hotel is beautiful, with a stylish lobby bar and a fantastic rooftop bar. My only complaint is the bathroom design in the guest room—the sliding glass barn door offers no real privacy, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Great place to stop overnight while driving to pickup our college age student. Warm reception from front desk and rooms were top notch modern and clean. Will stay again!

One of the best hotels in the Bridgewater area. Conveniently located if you have business in the area. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Rooms are well done and spacious. Rooftop bar is very nice. Be advised that there is a DJ playing on Friday and Saturday night until 1 AM. You can feel the vibrations in rooms on the higher (6th especially) floors.
Still an excellent hotel with proximity to Tommy's Tavern for food.

We had a wonderful stay, and much of that was thanks to Rosie. She checked us in and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable, offering us early check-in and taking the time to listen to all our needs and concerns. The next day, when she noticed we were struggling to get our family to a funeral, she thoughtfully offered us complimentary bottles of water. While it might seem like a small gesture, it really lifted our spirits before the service.
The rooms were comfortable, and while we had an issue with the showerhead not functioning properly, the staff was quick to offer us a room change. Since it was late and we had young children with us, we chose to stay in our room rather than move. Overall, everyone was friendly and attentive, and any concerns we had were addressed right away.
We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again. Thank you to Rosy and the rest of the team for making our experience so memorable!

Love the AC hotel chains. They're clean, consistent, spacious and I love how there's no carpet. The beds are comfortable, the rooms and bathroom are very clean and everything is well laid out..

Here for a wedding. The rooms were really nice. Rooftop was amazing and the Bradford bar had one of the best manhattans Iv ever had!!Rooms: Nice and clean which is most important.

I picked this hotel because I’ve stayed here before lovely staff amazing rooms ect, but unfortunately this time I did not have the best experience and was disappointed coming from the Fd manager. From start to finish of my check in process he was VERY dismissive, not sure if it was because I looked very young or because I was staying on my Explore rate. I’m not sure what his deal was.. As soon as I walked into the desk to check in he looked at me as if I was at the wrong place. I started the check in process with him and asked me to send him my explore form to their Fd email which I have 0 problem doing since I didn’t have the physical copy. He then proceeded to tell me next time have it with me and asked me “ how old are you “ with my ID in his hands !!! I told him “ boy are you guys strict with everything here” & he told me with a straight face “well we have to considering what kind of hotel we are, we see lots of fake explore forms coming in”, in a very rude way. Which btw You’re a select service category & I felt as if he was implying i was trying to stay on a fake form.. He then handed me off to another agent to finish my check in which she was kind. As this man next to me needed something he asked him “is there anything I can help you with sir” and that really boiled my blood because I knew then that he was just picking who to take care of more than who not to. I understand my status was only silver and that dosent get people much benefits but you should treat everyone with respect regardless of their Marriott title. Highly disappointed, I’m curious to know his demeanor would’ve changed if I would’ve booked with my husbands ambassador status. I will be writing to Marriott about this. As a Manager one of your roles is to welcome EVERYONE with respect regardless of how I looked that day or my age or race.
