“I don’t do many reviews but I had to do one for this man! He’s just great! My first time working with him. I have a 328i xdrive that I’ve had since new that is in immaculate condition that needed a new valve cover gasket and he took care of it of quickly including fixing what bmw of Morristown screwed up. The dealer had it apart years ago for a eccentric shaft sensor warranty and their definition of fixed was extra holes being drilled into the cylinder head instead of extracting the bolts that broke while getting the valve cover off. Unbelievable! Absolutely junk work from a dealer. I brought the car to Ziggy telling him as far as I know the car has not been worked on by anyone suspicious. So this job should just be what it is. Anyway he started the job and called me when he uncovered the butchering the dealer did and told me to stop by and take a look, it may be ruined! By the time I got there Ziggy had already extracted the old broken bolts out that the dealer left in there and started to fix the valve cover correctly this time. All of this to say if you want a better job than the dealer does go here. He’s the man and he was factory trained by bmw! He saved me the first time I worked with him!”

“Had a great experience from Performance Ford, getting my new Bronco Sport. Everyone was easy to deal with, but particularly Marlon Villalobos was just a delight to work with. Marlon was always helpful, providing lots of information and options, but I never felt pressured in any way, other than just finding my ideal car. Which he found! And he also spent time with me in the new car going over all the buttons, displays, digital connections, etc. And he was always responsive to my emails, even for the most inane question (of which there were a few).”

“I had an amazing experience working with Anthony B. He made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. His communication was top tier — clear, consistent, and always keeping me updated without me having to ask. What stood out the most was how he created a safe, comfortable space for me as a customer. No pressure, no confusion, — just honesty, professionalism, and real support. You can tell he truly cares about people, not just cars. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. If you’re looking for someone who’s helpful, trustworthy, and genuinely dedicated to great service, he’s your guy. “I was shopping for a pre owned Volvo XC90 last month.I visited just about every Volvo dealership within 75 miles of my home in NJ.Thankfully Bridgewater Volvo was the last dealership I visited.I had a very good experience with my Sales person John and their Tech expert Zach. The team was patient as I test drove many vehicles until I found the right one.The sale was a 2 day process as I had asked that a few items be looked at by the mechanics at the dealership. A few things that impressed me, Volvo offers a 5 year unlimited mile warranty from original date of service on certified pre owned vehicles.Every issue I had was resolved.I had discovered a vibration in the steering wheel during certain braking situations a few days after delivery. I expressed my concern and my Sales person John scheduled an appointment at my convenience, the rotors and brakes were replaced which alleviated the issue.Registration was completed in a timely manner and a check that was owed to me was sent to my home in a timely fashion.I will likely continue to visit them for service as needed.I highly recommend Bridgewater Volvo if you are in the market.”

“I saw the car I wanted to buy on their site. I made an appt. Jim Sak was the sales rep. He was terrific, helpful and very nice. And though he was great, I didn't like that if I wanted to pay cash for the car on the spot it would cost an extra $2k. Nevertheless, I handed over the bank check, signed some docs and left with an amazing 2019 BMW X2.”

“A mechanic who you can fully trust to tell you only what you need, and not oversell you. He will show you the parts that were bad and replaced, and gives you options when a choice of cost can be made.”

“Rick and his team came highly recommended by my friend and coworker and I'm so thankful to have found him! He graciously squeezed me in for a muffler repair after my husband bit off more than he could chew trying to do it himself. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you Rick!”
