“Had a tire problem that triggered 'low pressure' sensor on dash and required re-filling by air pump. Talked to manager Evan and he identified the tire problem right away. It turns out there wasn't a nail or slow leak in the tire. Evan was very honest and showed me that tire problem was caused by very low temperatures. It didn't cost me anything.”

“I lived in Branchburg for 35 years and used Alan and Son for decades. I moved to Maine 2 years ago. About two weeks ago I had my tires rotated and oil changed here in Maine before the long drive to visit to friends in NJ. While in NJ, I heard a loud scraping noise under my car. This was at about 11:15 AM on a Saturday AM. We saw a plastic panel hanging down, rubbing the ground at low speed, staying mostly up at highway speed. I called Alan & Son and told my story... past customer, moved, recent oil change, etc. He fit me in on short notice! It seems my shop in Maine failed to tighten the 4 screws holding the plastic access panel for the oil drain plug, and two loose screws fell out during the 500 mile drive. YUK! Alan took the damaged panel off, told me it was perfectly fine to drive, and did not want payment! I gave him some $s for lunch or whatever anyway. “First off, Ziggy is a very knowledgeable BMW mechanic! He completely rebuilt the entire VANOS system on our BMW 328i xDrive and got the car running again. A very dishonest BMW dealer in the area (do honest dealers exist?) quoted us $20K to replace the engine and suggested, in fact, to buy a new car. Obviously we didn't buy their nonsense. Ziggy fixed it, instead. Ziggy is very fair, honest and professional.Ziggy is also a certified BMW mechanic who worked for a BMW dealer for over 15 years.”

“I had quite the ultimate experience at Volvo Bridgewater buying my XC40! From the first visit of “just looking” to test driving, sitting down to talk numbers with a real human being ,and ultimately buying the car, this was a 5-star experience. None of the “well let me see what my finance manager can offer” game, a car was available for sale, and I came in talked an offer and was able to come to an agreement and pick up my car the next morning. Jean-Pierre “JP” not only was exceptionally knowledgeable of the product (which any good sales person should be) but really took the time to discuss what was a good fit for me (40vs60), trim levels/features, was super accessible via text message, and even clarified the car I asked to see because he knew I originally was going for a sportier look with Dark, but changed to Bright. I just got the car today, so actual vehicle/service review is in progress, but up until this point has been to notch. “I was shopping for a pre owned Volvo XC90 last month.I visited just about every Volvo dealership within 75 miles of my home in NJ.Thankfully Bridgewater Volvo was the last dealership I visited.I had a very good experience with my Sales person John and their Tech expert Zach.The team was patient as I test drove many vehicles until I found the right one.The sale was a 2 day process as I had asked that a few items be looked at by the mechanics at the dealership. A few things that impressed me, Volvo offers a 5 year unlimited mile warranty from original date of service on certified pre owned vehicles.Every issue I had was resolved.I had discovered a vibration in the steering wheel during certain braking situations a few days after delivery. I expressed my concern and my Sales person John scheduled an appointment at my convenience, the rotors and brakes were replaced which alleviated the issue.Registration was completed in a timely manner and a check that was owed to me was sent to my home in a timely fashion.I will likely continue to visit them for service as needed.I highly recommend Bridgewater Volvo if you are in the market.”

“THEY HAVE *TOP TIER GAS!I’ve been looking around for a good gas station that has Top Tier Gas, and finally I find one. If you look at the top tier website they say many other stations like Sunoco, Exxon, and even other Shells have Top Tier Gas, but when you get there the symbol is nowhere to be found, and the employees are clueless. This station looks clean and well taken care of, the person who pumped the gas for me was friendly, and it’s in a decent location that’s isn’t very hard to get to. If you have a direct injected car please do yourself the favor and come here, Shell is well known for their “Top Tier” gas, how much of it is marketing and how much is true can be debated, but for ~$0.20 more than other stations such as the nearby Quick-check, you can rest assured your car will thank you in the long run. (Not saying other stations are bad, but Top Tier gas is the way to go for the longevity and health of your car’s engine)”

“Excellent service and Excellent experience. Nicole at the service desk was friendly and professional while keeping me informed and getting me in and out quickly. The facility is great with a very comfortable waiting area, good coffee and a very clean and well stocked men's room. I was recently in a local restaurant and found their rest room dirty, messy and very poorly stocked. No soap, cold water and a wet roll of paper towels just sitting on top of the empty towel dispenser. Your rest room was the way a restaurant's is supposed to be. All in all, I had a very good experience at Fullerton and will continue to be a long time customer. Thank you Fullerton”
