Marlon was always helpful, providing lots of information and options, but I never felt pressured in any way, other than just finding my ideal car. Which he found! And he also spent time with me in the new car going over all the buttons, displays, digital connections, etc. And he was always responsive to my emails, even for the most inane question (of which there were a few).”

“I don’t do many reviews but I had to do one for this man! He’s just great! My first time working with him. I have a 328i xdrive that I’ve had since new that is in immaculate condition that needed a new valve cover gasket and he took care of it of quickly including fixing what bmw of Morristown screwed up. The dealer had it apart years ago for a eccentric shaft sensor warranty and their definition of fixed was extra holes being drilled into the cylinder head instead of extracting the bolts that broke while getting the valve cover off. Unbelievable! Absolutely junk work from a dealer. I brought the car to Ziggy telling him as far as I know the car has not been worked on by anyone suspicious. So this job should just be what it is. Anyway he started the job and called me when he uncovered the butchering the dealer did and told me to stop by and take a look, it may be ruined! By the time I got there Ziggy had already extracted the old broken bolts out that the dealer left in there and started to fix the valve cover correctly this time. All of this to say if you want a better job than the dealer does go here. He’s the man and he was factory trained by bmw! He saved me the first time I worked with him!”
