We’ve been here a couple times one of the staff members was fun but the attempt to upsell was obnoxious. Wish the employees were more into it and excited… kind of disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm especially when it’s a birthday for a kid. Rockaway has better staff

Tonight I came into Build-A-Bear for the first time since I was a kid myself in order to make something special for my girlfriend’s birthday.
Kaylee was absolutely fantastic and set a warm and welcoming standard upon entering. She was more than accommodating and really rose to the call of action tonight… she even went as far as catering to some late night children in a wonderful fashion and demeanor. As a local business owner myself, it was enlightening to see this passion and quality of service tonight. Nicely done!

My son loved this place but the only problem was that the thing to make your bear smell good didn’t work so well. Might go back to swap for bubblegum scent. Overall good experience.

I went with my kid to a birthday party here. My kid loved the place so many stuffy animals, and beautiful costumes for stuffies. very friendly staff and they engaged with the kids very well. I highly recommend this place for kids. Overall very nice place

Employees need to be more enegetic and less judgemental. Stop trying to upsell everything. The way you do it is obnoxious you need to do better training at this location.

Clean, and the customer service was spot on. However, I wished that they had a quiet place to record. Our recordings included the background noises and sounds of the mall.

I went to celebrate my granddaughter 2nd birthday. It was really nice with lots of bears and characters to choose from. The only thing that I missed was the bear shower before getting the bear dressed. Other than that, everything was great.

A couple of weeks ago I went on a date night with my youngest son and he begged me to take him to Build-A-Bear Workshop at the Bridgewater Mall for old time's sake...NEVER in a gazillion years did I think this child would want to actually go through all of the beloved steps & rituals of choosing your bear, lovingly stuffing it, and kissing & making wishes for its heart ? We had not been there since he was much younger and I thought he had outgrown stuffed animals altogether! But the memories and nostalgia made him so happy, he was smiling ear to ear, and it was so sweet to watch him engaging so thoughtfully like he used to in what seems like just a minute ago gone by to me. This experience together allowed me to savor the few moments of boyhood/true childhood we has left. We laughed, we had fun together, and made another beautiful memory thanks to Build-A-Bear Workshop!

Why is the store closing at 6 PM when the sign says 9 PM. This is rather frustrating given your lugging little children out to the store only to find out that the doors are locked with no signs posted. This is very disappointing.
