Had been going to this Costco years never had an issue.On 11/28 I stood in a lengthy line which is usual they're always busy, got to the cashier and gave him my Costco card, he was rude and said ID so I showed him my ID and he Yelled out loud "security!" Everyone turned and looked at me . I was confused and embarrassed as to what was happening he completely ignored me when I asked what was the issue. The supervisor or whoever pulled my cart to the side stand and said come over here then they started talking to each other not explaining to me what happened until I asked ! They needed to verify if I was on the account or not. ALL that just for that. I was so embarrassed, it's humiliating that being law enforcement myself some cashier called SECURITY on me like if I was stealing something at Costco. Will never be going back to this place! Cashiers think they're entitled to ignoring costumers. Costumers service sucks ! And after all that The supervisor I spoke to said he can only let me buy certain things on my cart!

i had appt at 1:00. I showed up at 12:40. the guy told me it takes 1 hour or 1.5 hours. i comeback at 2:35. they said they havent done it yet, my appt is 2:00. he printed my appt and hand it to me without any explaination. he act likes it's my fault to come back too early. in the paper he gave me, it shows that someone name Bridge updated my appt at 12:51. this is thw 3rd Costco i hqve tried in the area. I give up. I'm done with Costco

I needed to reactivate my account and plus card on 11/09. I was at the Costco location at Bridgewater Promenade in NJ. The initial manager was helpful and Rick at customer service provided excellent service. I was able to complete my purchase. Rick was awesome and let the holidays begin

Absolutely terrible service! I will pay more to deal with a company that actually cares about the customers. I am as easy going as it gets but being put on hold for 45 minutes at a time for a simple questions is not acceptable. I will take my tire service elsewhere.

They ask you to make an appt and then still expect you to wait for 2 hours and then agter 2 hours hour car is still not ready. Spending half day waiting for your car with appt is insane. When you complain to the manager he didn't even care... all i got was they are working on it.

Costco - Bridgewater nothing special - deals aren't great. Better selection at Trader Joe's and bulk items are equally priced at Shop Rite. Staff members did not honor family membership. Why offer the privilege?

Had a strange experience at this Costco Tire Center (not the one I typically went).1) Went to this store for a flat tire. at drop off i told the sale person that the spare tire was on the car and the flat tire was in the trunk. Then got a call from him saying it was not their tire. Went to check and found out they didn't even check the trunk . I did show my displease about this- my bad. (which may have caused their displease)--SALE PERSON IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO CSUTOMER'S INSTRUCTION AND TECHNICIAN IS PASSIVE NOT INTERESTING IN SOLVING ISSUE2) After the flat tire was taken out of the trunk the trunk cover was left opened the whole time over an hour--TECHNICIAN DOES NOT SEEMS TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS3) No puncture was found. was told that tiny portion of the lip at the inside tire rim was shaved off and was non-fixable. did not get a new one and stopped the work.-- NOT AN TIRE EXPERT SO NOT REALLY UNDERSTANDING THE DIAGNOSIS. THE DAMAGES IS PECULIAR, THE PROTION IN QUESTION IS INSIDE THE RIM AND COVERRED BY HUB CAP4) Picked up the car and found the hand break was engaged after driving couple hundred feet. (my bad not checking it)--FIRST TIME EXPERINCING HAND BREAK WAS ENGAGED COMING OUT OF A REPAIRE WORK, NEVER HAPPEN BEFORE EITHER AT OTHER COSTCO CENTER OR REPAIRE SHOP. AT PARK POSITION IS TYPICALLY SUFFICIENT ON A FLAT GROUND.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! - Save yourself the headache. The tires at this place may be decent quality but the service here is absolute garbage. My wife showed up as a walk-in 30 minutes before they opened. The door was opened at 10AM but they left her waiting for another 15 minutes with no one in sight. When I call to see what’s happening the man who I spoke to was very unprofessional. Where is the decency and respect? Something here has to change. I will no longer be buying my tires at Costco. I’m done.

Very poor experience. Had an appointment for tires. Was promised 90 minutes. Took an hour longer, No place to sit, no internet, very uncomfortable. Noisy, unbearable atmosphere. Never going back.

Went 9:45 this morning for a laptop. I asked for someone knowledgeable about laptops because I don't know enough to make an informed decision on my investment. They said anyone in a red vest. The only guy I saw in a red vest confirmed he was the right guy to help, but he literally didn't know a single thing about computers!! (Including telling me that the laptop I bought would come with certain Microsoft programs for free, which is not true, I found out when I got home.) So I proceeded to go to Costco's website and read customer reviews to try to figure out which one to buy, ugh. Would have been nice to have some actual guidance. Anyway, he wrote me the paper to buy the laptop I picked out. The checkout lines were long & I only had the one item, so I got in the self checkout line. There was someone in charge of the line with a blue vest. I asked him if I was ok in that line because I needed someone to get me the laptop, just had a paper. He told me to go directly to the counter on the wall at the end of the checkouts and they would ring me up and grab the laptop. I was so happy, no waiting! So I get to that counter and the lady working tells me to go get in line and pay at a checkout first then come to her. What?? I explained that I was in line and was told to leave my place in the line to go to her. She insisted on sending me back to the end of the line! WTH. I finally pointed to the obvious register with card reader right in front of her and said "are you sure there's no way you can ring me up here since I already lost my place in line by following the directions of that guy in the blue vest??" She begrudgingly entered the item number into the register in front of her and gave me a total. I paid. She walked into the room next to her, grabbed it, and I was on my way. Why would she send customers back to the end of enormous lines when she has a working register right in front of her and it took her less than 1 minute to ring up my 1 item? By the time I left I was debating about canceling my membership because the employees there are so frustrating to deal with. 2 stars because the guy who tried to help me was friendly. He just wasn't trained on the product.

Was told my lug nuts were stripped and Costco doesn’t have the necessary tools to remove them. I took my car to the dealer and there is nothing wrong with them. It took 2 trips to Costco and it was easier to just cancel the order (can only be done in person??)as you can now find the same tires at the same price everywhere Mavis, Goodyear,Tirerack, Firestone. It’s not really a member benefit anymore.

Will give negative star if I can.Try to call them for the new tire installment at least 5 times. They just ask you to hold for more than 30min without talking to you. They occasionally saying hold on within 0.5 seconds following by another 30min waiting. Trust me just avoid this toxic tire center, you time is much more precious.

I am writing this on behalf on my partner. He was going on a trip and needed all 4 tires replaced. I have been going to Costco's tire center for years. We recently moved into the area so Bridgewater is our new Costco (previously went to the Ocean, NJ Costco and Costco Tire Center)He called and explained he needed to replace all 4 tires. They told him to order them online and come in between 3-6pm on a Friday. Great! He ordered them and I met up with him there around 4:30pm so I could give him a ride back home. We go inside and get on line. It is about 4-5 people long. No problem though, I went and got us drinks from the Food Court while we waited. However, it began to take longer and longer. One person at the desk was still with the same person after 15 minutes. The line alone ate up about 40-45 minutes of our time. When we finally got up and spoke to the guy we said that we called and ordered the tires here and that the person on the phone said we could come in now. In the most arrogant way possible the worker said "No, not happening" We were very surprised as we were assured we would be fit in and we already ordered the tires there. We tried explaining this and he said that it doesn't matter what was said on the phone since we are not going to be able to get the tires replaced today. He said we could come back tomorrow morning before they open and try to get a slot but that's all. No offer of another SCHEDULED appointment, no apologies or empathy for the situation. I was astonished at how rude the guy was given how this was very unlike Costco and most Costco employees. As I said above, he was going on a trip so we could not wait and HOPE they can fit us in.So after about 1 hour of our time wasted, my partner called a Mavis 8 minutes away and explained the situation, how Costco Tires screwed him, and asked if they had the correct tires available. They said yes they had 4 of the tires available and could fit him in right now (for reference they closed in less than an hour (at 6:00pm) so that is pretty unbelievable service. Even better, they gave my partner a cheaper price for the 4 tires with a better warranty.After being a Costco (and Costco Tire Center) advocate for many years, it saddens me that this was our experience. Any of my or my partner's tire issues will now go to that Mavis that provided exceptional service and unbeatable prices (the type of experience you expect for Costco Tire Center, right?)I really hope Costco sees this as our experience was horrible, the worker was rude and arrogant, and it wasted a lot of our time on a Friday. Costco Tire Center in Bridgewater...do better.

Took my car back right away at my appt time for tire rotation (Great!).... Then car sat there for over an hour with the tires off...then someone decided to work and put the tires back on. 90 minutes total for a simple tire rotation. Insane.

I like Costco because they have massive amounts of stuff in bulks for a good price. Also the store is really clean. I can also add the fact the staff is really friendly and helpful as well as always ready and happy to help.
