This store is very well put together. It is a pleasure when you walk in the door. I have been an Eddie Bauer shopper for some time now. Also the amazing changes here as well. The store manager is so kind and genuine. She goes above and beyond. Not only does she take pride in her job but cares about her team and the clientele. I recommend shopping at this location.

My son bought pants from the Bridgwater store, but he found it a little too tight. He tries to exchange it for one size bigger. The store manager insisted that he should pay the difference for this exchange, because the promotion is over. I think this was an equal price exchange, she said this would break the company's rule.
I called Eddie Bauer customer service the next day, and they offered me free shipping back and to buy a bigger size one at the same price we paid.
This was a terrible experience I had. I write this hoping the store manager studies the company policy again and makes sure she fully understands it.

Eddie bauer kids returns - there is a $10 fee that cannot be waived for returns. Eddie bauer stores will not take kids returns. You can only return online and there is a flat $10 fee. I called and there are no exceptions. Options are a gift card for the full amount or pay the $10 for a return. Given that so many similar stores offer a free return option, I will not be shopping at Eddie Bauer anymore until this policy changes. It's hard to gauge fit for kids, so this policy is extremely out of touch for parents.

Does not miss out on the sale; 50% off up to 3 items, an service. It was selection overload. Kevin asked if I needed assistance and 5 star service to Kevin. I am 57 and have a dad bod. I have always been jealous of those that could wear the puffy jackets. Kevin showed me that is old school thinking. I used to look like a giant marshmallow but no more. Thanks Kevin and crew

I didn’t realize they forgot to take off the security tag when I left, and it didn’t alarm when leaving the store or elsewhere. I don’t live nearby so traveling back to have this removed is highly inconvenient.

Apparently Eddie Bauer no longer honors it lifetime guarantee even for item purchase under this guarantee. Kevin the manager say he can’t help you even if you have your documentation. He won’t give you the number of his supervisor. Zipper broke on expensive jacket bought just before change in guarantee. Customer Service can’t help with store issues. Never heard back after manager said he would email district manager. Eddie Bauer is not the store it was.

Great place, variety of selections and sizes with outstanding customer service. Find a shirt, jacket, or outfit, and they will gladly assist in finding the right size for you. Good inventory of sizes as well. I am very pleased with my selection & purchases.

Stephanie is absolutely wonderful and kind and helpful. She offered assistance and was very polite. When we inquired for an item's price she immediately checked on it and made sure to print a price tag so any subsequent customers would not be confused. She was extremely pleasant to interact with. We came near closing time but she said she didn't want to rush us (definitely not your typical retail worker). She was just genuinely a kind person. This store was smaller than some other locations so less merchandise and options but I would return to shop at this location for this service.

Used to buy from Eddie Bauer for quality flannels at affordable prices. Those times are gone. I am not paying over 70 dollars for a basic flannel shirt.
