Dishonest sales people, be careful. Went to this location because my phone was acting up. Salesperson told me if I trade in my broken phone, I would get a rebate on a new phone and my bill would stay the same. They did not have the new phone in stock so they told me to bring the old phone in once I received the new one. The new one came and I went back to the store to trade my old phone in so I could receive the monthly credit but they told me the deal I got did NOT qualify for the promotion. These sales people are commission based and will lie to you about deals so they can make more commission. Now my bill is $40.00 a month higher. I have 4 lines and am going to move 2 of them to try Xfinity. Be careful at this dishonest location.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Customer service is a joke. They have you check in and then they move to another customer while you’re doing something they asked you to do in order to move forward. Absurd. Better off using Verizon online or better yet just purchasing the phone directly from Best Buy with no bullshit.

Useless staff and manager. My phone broke , in order to activate my new phone from home I needed the code from my old phone that was not working. So I went into this Verizon store for help first thing in morning. They wouldn’t help me activate it because I did not have physical id, I had pictures of my id, but not actual physical id. So I left and called Verizon on a dif phone, they activated my phone just with a few simple security questions. Big waste of time and I can understand why this stores ratings are what they are.

Construction going on with loud equipment inside the whole visit.
To make the situation worse, very poor customer service with indifferent employees.

The reps here are almost worthless. They were of no help when my account was compromised. I think they were happy when I left. The reps at the BW Commons Mall store are so much better.

There is a beautiful young lady I think it’s Priscilla yes Priscilla she is smart and informative
I don’t know why I didn’t come here sooner
I had to wait just a moment she was with another customer. I was taken back because I never hear Verizon workers so professional so I just want to commend this store

I went into this store on Tuesday to get a new phone and make some changes to my account in hopes of decreasing my bill. The young woman who greeted me couldn’t help me. Everything I asked her she had to run by her manager. I left after 10 minutes. I called Verizon service to complain. The rep at Verizon was able to reduce my bill by $50 a month and get me an I-phone 15 pro. I picked up the new phone that afternoon at the Verizon store in Bridgewater Commons. Don’t even go into a store. Call 611 and get good service.

I went into the store to transfer a phone number from one plan to another. We initially started with a worker named Priscilla who was not helpful. Her attitude was very condescending and was rushing the process although we had some questions about the transfer. After our terrible experience with Priscilla, we were helped out with another representative named Piper who was a lot more helpful and had a much better attitude and understanding of what we were asking. She did not rush us and made sure we understood why we were having errors with the transfer.

I was frustrated with cell phone disconnecting from network daily and requiring frequent network reset. I suffered through logging into and waiting for Tech Coach several times. I called 611, only to be told after hours. I finally, out if desperation, went to the Verizon store at the Wegman Center in Bridgewater. Jose B took the time to assess the problem and order a replacement phone under warranty, no charge. The phone arrived and I followed the instructions to activate...unsuccessfully. Yet another round of waiting for Tech Coach, only to get a tape that my account was not covered. Adding insult, 611 once again played tape that it was after business hours. I arrived at Bridgewater store and waited 5-10 minutes to see Jose B. who assesses the situation and activated the phone. Kudos to Jose B!
