I was frustrated with cell phone disconnecting from network daily and requiring frequent network reset. I suffered through logging into and waiting for Tech Coach several times. I called 611, only to be told after hours. I finally, out if desperation, went to the Verizon store at the Wegman Center in Bridgewater. Jose B took the time to assess the problem and order a replacement phone under warranty, no charge. The phone arrived and I followed the instructions to activate...unsuccessfully. Yet another round of waiting for Tech Coach, only to get a tape that my account was not covered. Adding insult, 611 once again played tape that it was after business hours. I arrived at Bridgewater store and waited 5-10 minutes to see Jose B. who assesses the situation and activated the phone. Kudos to Jose B!

Needed help getting a new phone after breaking mine. Ray is the man. He made our experience excellent. Made sure to take his time explaining, making sure we understood insurance coverage, and overall had very cool energy. Recommend going in speaking with Ray for any inquiries 20/10.

I was helped by Ray Rodriguez, and he was a 10 out of 10! He was funny and professional when it came to explaining everything to me.Of course, I was his first experience when it came to switching my prepaid and regular phone over...3 hours later, he finally figured it out on his own. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

The sales boy didn't have anything in stock under $500.00. I asked what would be a good upgrade for me compared to my old phone, he said that I should go online and order what I wanted. I felt like he couldn't be bothered if I wasn't busy $1000.00 phone. Where's costumer service. We've been customers for many years, it's a shame

We went in to add a phone line. The verizon agents were too concerned about a corporate store visit than paying attention to their customers - it took a few tries to get the order right. We added a line and upgraded phones, were told that the monthly bill would be a certain amount and it has been significantly higher ($60 per month) than we were told. Working with online support to correct but it is frustrating.

When you assess all the promotion related to new IPhones and begin to get through the weeds of comparison and then you go to the Verizon Store.....your first contact is a person that asks for your number and then you get a text that tells you how many people are ahead of you. I was wanting to trade in my 11Pro for a 15 Pro so the woman checks the condition of my phone and tells me it was excellent then told me my bill would increase by $5 (not bad) and made sense but she kept on asking about adding insurance and a Disney bundle. Once I requested another phone on my plan to get upgraded, the pricing went crazy because the promotion requires you to upgrade your plan and you are also charged a $35 upgrade fee! I left confused and frustrated but I left with the impression that the sales people are on commission and we do all they can to get you upgraded in many ways and not revealing the costs unless you ask!! BEWARE OF COMMISSION SALES FOLKS!!!!

Had a SIM card issue and scheduled an appointment to come in. Got there a bit early but they took me right away. Sam helped me out and he was amazing. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

My mother and I had an unprodroductive visit with Steve. He was dismissive and unhelpful. It didn’t help that he had a podcast playing in his ear bud the entire time. Avoid coming here if you can and make sure not to work with Steve.

We were just trying to make a quick pickup and rushed to get here a few minutes before they closed. The manager ran to beat us to the door to lock it before 7pm. Poor customer service. Put up 6:55pm if that's when you close.

I took my great aunt there as she had some confusion regarding her bill. She had recently changed her plan and bought a new Apple Watch. Alex the manager was phenomenal in assisting us with questions regarding the billing, able to help us in making some changes on the account and making sure she received her watch promotional pricing as well. If you have any needs stop in and see him.
