“I got the bike and a basket that I wanted (one speed, aluminum, coaster, short-framed, adult, female bike) at a reasonable price in the color that I wanted. They had a large selection of bikes! I got to try out the bike before purchasing it. The bike comes with a 30 day guarantee. I got a flat tire on my second ride and came in. They fixed it quickly, while I waited and adjusted the seat and tightened the kick stand (Clarence checked the whole bike). No additional cost for the fix-up. ???”

They have a good communciations system (text/email) so I know when my bike is ready to be picked up immediately. The mechanics are top notch. ADAM in SPRING LAKE ,Two in Florida.WeI had a problem with the brakes on one bike, Adam took the bike and fixed and refreshed my bike with new tires good cleaning of gears etc.

“Just ordered a $13K 2025 Pivot Mach 4 SL from Kyle at Belmar Bike Shop, and the experience was exceptional. Kyle recognized me right away when I walked in wearing a Thai Jasmine To Go Restaurant shirt — he’d been to my place in Point Pleasant Beach before — and had handwritten notes from our conversation back in May ready to go.
He took care of everything, included free titanium Crank Brothers pedals, and even said he might have a pair of shoes in my size in the back. He texted me updates personally — even after hours — and worked directly with Pivot to help me figure out frame colors and timelines. I came with my 12-year-old son, and Kyle and his team were super cool with him: gave him stickers, let him use the bathroom, and watch the techs in action.
This is the kind of true customer service you just don’t find anymore. Highly recommend!”

No appointment needed - just be sure to check the hours! Very transparent & thorough staff. I took in one bike with a chain issue, and the team made sure to check all possible causes before making a productive fix - extremely fair price. Clean & welcoming facilities.
