“I have been to this Truist Bank location in West Deptford several times. There is a teller there and her name is Carol and she is great! I have been there while she has had to help people with problems and she always helps them. I have had no problems since BB&T changed to Truist. The change was easy. I also use the branch in Mullica Hill and going there has worked well too. The tellers there are also good and I’m sure they could help with any problem but as I said initially Carol is exceptional.”

“Capital one cafe is a great spot to sit and get work done! There’s plenty of seats and high tops, but it’s usually pretty crowded. Matcha and coffee drinks are good, and service is extremely friendly. My matcha was not made iced like I requested, but I didn’t really mind keeping the hot version.”

“Jerry Woodard is the kindest, most responsive & most helpful person at this bank. I had to do something having to do with the passing of my mom. It was set up prior & was supposed to be a simple process. Of course it wasn’t but Jerry was determined to get this done for me right away. He made his phone calls and persevered and got it done.
