“I am happy to have found the store. The fruits and vegetables are fresh, they look good. The store is small but it’s clean they have a lot of options. The prices are extremely reasonable; I found a handful of items cheaper than Walmart. The people working are helpful and very polite. Great service I will definitely be going back often.”

“I transferred my prescriptions to the CVS in Budd Lake, New Jersey after an unfortunate experience at the Ledgewood location, where the door was literally closed in my face for lunch.
I have to say, though, my experience at the Budd Lake location was completely different. I was greeted by the sweetest woman in the drive-thru. She was incredibly kind, focused, customer-service driven, and genuinely a delight to interact with.
My prescription was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally, all while still being friendly and welcoming. That kind of customer service makes a difference—especially when you’re not feeling well and just want to get your medication and go home.
Thank you to the Budd Lake team for making what could have been a frustrating experience so much better. This is what great customer service looks like!”
