“The guy on duty at 3:56 pm was fantastic; he tried his best to find this discontinued dollar deals hand soap. Says his name was DW on my slip because he always rang me up. You all got him running that whole store himself with one lady stocking. I bought so much stuff, $90 in the dollar general ? Stores need more employees like him. Always liked DG over Family Dollar. No wonder why this location has great reviews and recent ones I should mention..”
“I went to dollar general at Chestnut to make a return and neither the manager or cashier knew how to put money on gift card or make exchange.. luckily a girl named Genesis and her manager Lisa helped me at this location”
“This is by far the best stocked and organized Dollar Tree in all of South Jersey. The store is clean and the associates are very friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked in the store the Store Manager Moya and another associate greated me with a very gracious good morning. It brightened my day instantly. “This store is very understaffed, and the company does this, not management and the associates. They are forced to work extra hard and additionally deal with frustrated customers day in and out. This store has the potential to have alot of traffic Only if the company would staff them better. I went into this store today. I had a frustrating experience. I didn't mean to have my mood change so quick, but it's been that type of day. I must say Barbara and the young man, I didn't catch his name tag he works there often, are amazing and super stars. They really endure alot from this company and us as shoppers. Somehow, they still manage to go out their way and please the customers and calm them down. I felt so terrible. As a person from our society and working industries... they truly did not deserve my mood, cooperate did if anyone. Thank you both for being so sweet, so kind, and spreading good energy. “Sometimes, Dollar General is located in a small building with narrow aisles. Not so in this location. The aisles are wide enough to avoid other shopper's carts hitting yours. In addition, this location is brightly lighted and extremely clean. In fact, I will go the extra distance to shop here even though there is one closer to my home. Did I mention the selection of merchandise is nicer are well. I like having more choices. The clerks were pleasant as well.”

“The ladies that work here during the day are the absolute BEST. I lost my wallet there on Monday morning. Today I got a phone call from the ladies that work there saying they found my wallet. Not only did they return my wallet to me with all my id's and debit cards it even had ALL MY CASH AND CHANGE IN IT !!!!! Furthermore the fact that they took the extra effort to find my phone number and call me and tell me it's just beyond customer service. These ladies really helped put my faith back in humanity there are some great people in this world and these ladies are a perfect example!!!! Thank you thank you sooo much ! You ladies are too kind!”
